It should work, however you will want to run the latest stable code with the Mikrotik. I had a bug going a few months back about the Mikrotik not able to connect if 802.11r (FT) was enabled. This bug has been fixed in the latest builds of RouterOS (the Mikrotik still doesn't support FT, but at least it will connect now).
